How to enjoy?

  • This is a medium-fine grind size, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress or Clever Dripper.
  • Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment.
  • Try with 4 tablespoons (20g) per 3.5 dl cup to start, and adjust to taste. Ensure the water temperature is between 90°C and 96°C.
  • Once the bag is opened, try to keep air out and use the contents within 10 days for optimal aroma.
  • A 340g bag = approx. 25-30 cups of coffee at 2.4 dl each.
