Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. For customers within
the EU this means no customs clearance, no import duties and no handling
fees.

Where we ship to

We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland,
Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Monaco,
Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia,
Hungary, Czechia, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland and Ukraine.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over 800 kr (80 EUR). Below that,
the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery time after
dispatch depends on your location:

- Sweden: 1-3 working days
- Denmark, Finland and the Baltic states: 2-5 working days
- Rest of the EU: 3-7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and campaign
periods.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your
order leaves our warehouse.

Customs and import

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import
VAT, as the goods are dispatched from within the EU. Orders to Switzerland
and Ukraine may be subject to local import charges, which are the
responsibility of the recipient.
