30-Day Open Purchase We offer a 30-day open purchase on our products. The main rule is that all returns must be salable as if they were new. This requires at a minimum that all products to be returned must:
- Have original and undamaged packaging
- Have all labels/stickers on
365-Day Open Purchase for BiOptimizers Products For BiOptimizers products, we offer an extended return policy. We accept returns of unopened bottles within 365 days of purchase. If you have purchased multiple bottles, you must return all but one of the bottles unopened to qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). This applies to both subscription and non-subscription purchases.
Two important notes for subscriptions are:
- You can only return one month's shipments for a refund. So, if you have subscribed for 3 months, you can only return the last month's shipment. We do not refund the first 2 months.
- Finally, YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE your card is charged to cancel a subscription. Otherwise, the order will be sent and considered a monthly subscription.
How to Return Product(s) You can contact us at kontakt@superstate.no within 30 days for all products except BiOptimizers, and within 365 days for BiOptimizers products (from the original purchase date) for a 100% refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will either cancel the original credit card authorization or issue a full refund.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone who Superstate AS reasonably suspects of having exploited our satisfaction guarantee on more than one occasion.
