Benefits of making a subscription with us
With us, it’s easy to shop your favorites on a subscription.
Here are the benefits:
- You save 10% compared to the retail price.
- You don’t need to worry about running out. The goods are sent to you every month.
- There is no binding period. You can cancel anytime, either through your profile or by contacting us.
- You can change your subscription while it is active. That means you can add or remove products from your active subscription.
How to Create a Subscription
When you are on a product page, you can choose to buy the product as a subscription by selecting "Per month" and clicking on "Subscribe Now."
If you have an existing subscription, you can choose to add the product to this subscription by checking "Add to existing subscription?"
Once you have added all the products you want, you can go to the shopping cart to choose a shipping option. Here you will also see an overview of all the products you have added.
Currently, we only offer card payment (Visa / Mastercard) for subscriptions.
How to Change Your Subscription
You manage your subscription from your account. After logging in, you can go to the subscription overview.
Here you see the active and cancelled subscriptions you have:
If you click on an active subscription (by clicking View) you can here:
- Cancel the subscription
- Change your address
- Change your payment card
- Renew the subscription ahead of time (Renew Now)
You can also remove products from the subscription.
This is done by pressing the X next to the product. See the image below.
As mentioned, you can add products to your subscription by choosing to "Add to existing subscription?" when you add the product to your shopping cart.
This way, you have total control over your subscription and can make changes each month to the products you want delivered to you.
